Experience narrative

After my application, I received an email from Rosalind Ruiz Martin asking me for availability to meet with hiring manager Ash Sheth. So I meet with Ash for a zoom meeting for 30 mins where he asked me to meet his team for a technical round. That's it. never heard from them again. I was checking my application status which was showing 'interview in progress'. Totally messed process, they even do not bother to update their Workday status to something like 'No longer under consideration'. Perfect example of ghosting!

    His communication was clear during the interview process, and he outlined a path for progress that he ultimately did not follow. It is disappointing to feel misled, especially when he likely knew that I did not meet the “unicorn” candidate profile he was seeking. He should practice being more transparent and delivering the truth.
