Support this project
Interview in Rearview is anonymous-first and built to help people make sense of interviews.
A good interview should feel clear and fair — but too often it doesn’t. This site exists so candidates can learn patterns, walk in prepared, and feel less alone. If this project helped you (or you want it to exist for others), there are three simple ways to support it.
Keeping a site like this running isn’t free: hosting, database storage, backups, monitoring, and basic abuse prevention add up month after month. Support helps keep the platform online, stable, and improving — without turning it into a noisy, ad-filled experience.
1) Donate
Donations help cover ongoing infrastructure costs and keep the project healthy. Even small contributions help — reliability is built from consistent maintenance.
- Hosting + database (runtime, storage, and backups)
- Security + abuse prevention (rate limiting, monitoring, spam resistance)
- Maintenance (bug fixes, performance, stability, and UI improvements)
sustains the platform.
2) Share your experience
The most valuable support is a real story. Thoughtful submissions help other candidates understand what “normal” looks like — and what red flags look like.
- Be specific about what happened and which stage it was.
- Use company ratings to help comparisons stay fair.
- Avoid personal contact details (phone/email/address).
3) Spread the word
If donating isn’t your thing, sharing the site is just as helpful. A single good link in the right place can help a lot of people.
- Share a story link with a friend who’s interviewing.
- Post the site in a community group (career, tech, local network).
- Encourage someone to submit one honest, detailed story.
